Susanne and Bruce have worked with Diego Robello and partners at the Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica for eight years. They have been out to the farm in Costa Rica and loved the sustainability of the farm and how ethically it is run. The farm is Rainforest Alliance Approved and is Carbon Neutral and it is also beautiful!

Diego came to visit Silver Oak in 2024 and met lots of fans of the Aquiares Estate. The Caturra varietal that we use for our espresso is simply delicious. We hope and expect to work with the Aquiares Estate for the long term.
