Our two-storey mobile unit

The Rig is on Ely Market Square every weekend, 7am to 4.30pm. It is a two-storey trailer where you can sit on the roof and overlook the Cathedral. In the midst of a bustling market, the space is surprisingly peaceful and beloved by locals. Many lovely relationships have started with a first date on our roof and now we know their children!

The Rig sells the full range of espresso based drinks, but also speciality filter coffee and nitro cold brew in summer. It also sells our super fresh beans, ground freshly if needed and our beautifully trained baristas can give great advice on making coffee.
