Roaster's notes:

Notes of sweet caramel and smooth milk chocolate, a creamy body and delicious lingering aftertaste. A beautifully balanced brew. 

A dark medium roast profile made for espresso but equally accessible for other brewing methods. 

Our espresso recipe: 19g, 28-32s, yielding 38-42g. This bean must be rested for a minimum of five days to be at its best.
