Bruce’s notes. I used one of these at markets myself for about a year before upgrading as we got busier. I found this to to be reliable and well made. The TCI feature is certainly useful for controlling group head temperature, we use a summer and winter setting since we are mainly outside. In a premises unless you are looking to experiment with extraction it would be a one time set feature to match your coffee requirements. This can also be knocked down to run on 13amp if required.
