A  simple way to brew cold coffee – use 6g coarse ground coffee for each 100ml of cold water and pop in the fridge overnight.  All of the flavour and sweetness with no bitterness is the result. So refreshing in the heat.

The perfect summer drink – for me it has to be fruity coffees just over ice or chocolatey ones with milk.
